Don't panic, we know the phrase 'Car Finance' may seem a bit scary or daunting, especially if you know you don't have the best credit score, but we are here to explain a bit more about it and hopefully get you into that car you've been dreaming of. 

At Aintree Garages we can offer you the option of both hire purchase for your new vehicle or a PCP.

For Hire Purchase, you usually pay a deposit of around 10%, then make fixed monthly payments over an agreed period. It is important to know that the car isn't yours until you make your final payment, which means that if you do miss any of your payments, your vehicle could be repossesed. 

A PCP, or Personal Contract Purchase, is similar to a hire purchase with agreed monthly payments however at the end of your contract, you will usually be required to pay a balloon payment or swap your vehicle for another. 

For both options, a credit check will be required and the price of your payments is dependant on how good or bad your credit score is. We do however have a very high pass rate with our finance checks and will do our best to get you passed if your credit rating is on the poorer side. It is also useful to know that by conducting an initial check, this will not affect your current credit score!
